Since I already had contracture once, putting silicone in again feels... like it would carry a high risk, and realistically I think it’s right not to use itㅠㅠ The priority is improving the upturned nose, the depressed area, and the columella looking like it’s being pulled upward;; But rather than making it too natural, I’d like it to have a somewhat refined, stylish shape too (I’ve looked at OM, Last, Cosshop, and Rococo) In cases like this, what materials are usually used? Is there anyone here who had a successful revision surgery?
