A clinic without an anesthesiology specialist for double eyelid surgery

It’s a clinic famous for double eyelids, and there are two directors, but it seems like they only do eyes and noses. For my double eyelid surgery, they said the anesthesia is sleep sedation first, then local anesthesia, and then they wake you up. But they don’t have an anesthesiology specialist ㅠㅜ I forgot to ask and made the reservation, but I thought of it later and searched, and it seems like they don’t have a specialist. Is it very dangerous if there’s no anesthesiology specialist? This is my second revision surgery, and the previous 2 times I went to clinics, I didn’t even think about anesthesiology
