Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

(First surgery) One week after surgery for my lifelong concern: low nose and retruded chin

Genetically, everyone in my family has a low nose and big nostrils, and we all have retruded chins too lol. My mom, my younger sibling, and me tooㅜ Since I basically had no nasal bridge, the only side-profile before photo I could find that looked similar is from really long ago lol

What I roughly decided on was: 1. A place where I liked the before-and-after photos 2. Absolutely natural-looking 3. Making the round nostrils not show from the front

I had also thought about alar reduction, but the director said cutting out skin is not something to do lightly because it cannot be reversed, and said we should first raise the nose and, if I still do not like it, do the reduction then. They put 5 mm silicone on the bridge and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip.

My nose does not hurt, but until day 3 I could not even drink water comfortably and it was so frustrating. The bruising spread to my eyes and I was so swollen I did not look human. Today is day 7, so they removed all the absorbent packing? and took out the nasal tip stitches and splint, and I came back to life. There is still plenty of swelling, so it does look like an Avatar nose, but I am still satisfied.

For the 11 mm advancement genioplasty, the toothache was insanely harder than the surgical pain. On the first day I thought all my lower teeth had been pulled outㅜ The swelling peaked on day 3 and I became the toad from Kung Fu Hustle lolol Now I look human, but under my chin feels like a stone lol The skin sensation near my lips came back early, but my teeth still feel dull. My chin was so retruded that after moving it forward 11 mm, I became like an average person. My snoring was also severe, so they pulled the genioglossus muscle forward too.
