The doctor was very kind and explained things in detail. It seemed like they keep the surgical method open and present various options. I think they would reflect the patient's opinions well. The consultant was also fairly kind, but when I asked about whether there was CCTV, her expression changed suddenly, so it was a little scary. The clinic facilities were smaller than I expected, and personally it felt more like a dermatology clinic than a plastic surgery clinic? I don't think I'll do it here.
