I had a typical protruding mouth with a retruded chin. Thick lips, and my gums showed a lot when I smiled.
Anyway, to put it simply, I regret it. Because only one lower tooth was extracted, my front teeth look like there are 3 of them. And my lower jaw moved back a lot, but my upper jaw barely moved back at all, so it looks even stranger. My chin does not even look like I had retruded chin surgery, and the only effect is that my gums do not show when I smile. I thought maybe that alone would be okay, but I am still annoyed that my side profile is still a protruding mouth, just looking even funnier, and I am worried my face might become crooked because my dental midline is off.
