I went for a consultation (first rhinoplasty), and they said it would be implant-free and they’d use both septal cartilage and ear cartilage. For bulbous nose + hump + short nose + nasolabial angle = it came out to 3.63 million. I really like this director’s nose style, it’s totally my style, and I’m also too lazy to look around at other places, so I’m debating whether to just get surgery here. Should I shop around more.,..? But is there anyone who had implant-free surgery with S.S.J?? I haven’t really seen many implant-free reviews
