Review of rhinoplasty with Director Shin Chi-ho at Objet

Post-op review of rhinoplasty with Director Shin Chi-ho at Objet Plastic Surgery~~! I went to consultations at several clinics, and he spent the longest time with me and gave a lot of design-related opinions. I excluded places that told me to use an implant right away. Even though I said I didn’t want one, they said it would look pretty only if I put in an implant..... Director Shin Chi-ho recommended a way to make the nasal bridge slimmer through nasal bridge osteotomy without an implant, and he didn’t push anything excessively. For alar reduction too, some other places suggested reducing it by more than 4 mm, but the director looked at everything in detail and said only a very small amount should be reduced for the overall proportions to look right. If you go to consultations at several places, you’ll find the right director for you. Talk things through well and decide. During weeks 1-2 after surgery, the swelling and bruising made me look awful, but once that period passes, it really gets okay. I wanted something very natural, and when I first saw it after removing the splint, I wondered if it had become too excessively high, but as time passed, it dropped a lot!!! The photos are from a little over 2 months after surgery, and the swelling is still gradually going down. They said the nasal tip is probably still settling now, and there will be changes until 6 months. I had nasal bridge osteotomy + incisional alar reduction + nasal tip autologous cartilage surgery, and I’m very, very satisfied. I recommend Director Shin Chi-ho. That’s the end of my real review
