I went in for a consultation about double eyelid surgery. When I first went in, they noticed the dark circles under my eyes and asked if I had a habit of rubbing my eyes. From there they started explaining that eyelids can stretch from rubbing and from squinting because of poor vision. I went to five consultations, and compared with the others, they explained ptosis and pseudoptosis in great detail. What I was most worried about was whether or not to get eye muscle correction, but after hearing the explanation it was so detailed that I felt almost certain I should not do it. At first they said the surgery method would be partial incision, but when I asked about buried sutures, they said that was possible too and that the choice was mine. Unlike other places, they said the price is the same whether you do incision or buried sutures.
