I went there for a revision surgery consultation, and both the staff and the director were extremely kind. They came by to check on me during the procedure, and later even called to say the consultation time had been too short and told me to ask more questions if I had any. They were so kind. But it wasn't the type of surgery I wanted... so I'm thinking about it.
