Hello. I’m a man in my 20s! I thought they were dark circles all this time, but after looking into it, it turned out to be under-eye fat.. I hadn’t really paid much attention to it until now, but recently it looks more noticeable. I’m curious whether surgery is recommended and about reviews from people who have had it done.
