I was very happy with how well the manager and the doctor handled the consultation. During the whole consultation, they were smiling and cheerful, which made the atmosphere pleasant. I asked about the parts I didn't understand and how the surgery would be done, and they answered everything thoroughly, which made me trust them. I was also very satisfied with the line they designed for me.
