It has been about two months since my breast surgery, and only now does the shape seem to be showing properly, so I am leaving a review haha. My bigger stress was not the size but the asymmetry The sizes were different on both sides, and the lower fold and position were different too, so when I wore a bra, one side often floated. When I consulted with Director Shin at ID, what I was most curious about was how to correct the asymmetry, and he said that instead of putting in exactly the same implants on both sides, it is important to adjust while considering the original difference in the breasts. So I had Mentor Boost implants placed differently, 310 on the left and 330 on the right! For the first 2 to 3 days, my chest felt tightly compressed, and my armpits and the area around my ribs felt sore too lol. One side felt a little more uncomfortable, so I worried alone, but after hearing that swelling and recovery speed can differ between sides, I just waited. After about a week, moving my arms became easier and the pressure clearly decreased. Once a month had passed, the swelling went down a lot, and from then on I could see the shape becoming gradually more natural haha. Now at two months, the bloated, firm feeling from the beginning has loosened a lot. The texture is also softer, and as they naturally come together toward the center, the cleavage is being shaped more prettily than before. But what I am happiest about is definitely the improved asymmetry Before, when I wore a bra, one cup would float or I had to adjust the strap length differently, but now that discomfort is almost gone, and from the front the left-right balance looks much more natural. I did not want an extremely large chest from the start, and the current amount of volume seems to suit my body type well, so I am satisfied with the size too haha. Each time I go in for follow-up care, they check my recovery and explain how much it has settled in, so the anxiety I felt at the start has decreased a lot too. Rather than feeling like they made the two breasts exactly identical, it feels more like the original left-right difference has been naturally organized, which I like even more. I started this surgery because of asymmetry, but these days I have gotten out of the habit of even checking the asymmetry first when I look in the mirror Up to the 2-month point, I am satisfied for now! I am going to wait and see how much more natural it becomes as it settles further haha
