While looking around at dozens of hospitals, every hospital recommended either buried sutures without canthoplasty, or upper canthoplasty + buried sutures, but this hospital recommended incisional surgery + eye correction + front canthoplasty + upper canthoplasty + forehead lift. They said that was the only way to make the eyes I wanted. In the end, at another hospital I am now living with only buried sutures and no other surgery, with the very pretty outline eyes I wanted.
