First of all, I had heard for a long time that this place in Pohang was famous for eye procedures. A person I know also had lower blepharoplasty here, and it wasn't bad; I guess that is just how things are as you get older. The consultation is with the doctor, and their pride seems relatively low. When my mom mentioned upper blepharoplasty for the brows, he asked something like, where did you hear that from? and gave a mild scolding. He only recommended a forehead lift and didn't say much about anything else. So when my mom asked, he said it would be okay. Maybe because of his age, he didn't give off a very warm impression. The price seems not bad, but as expected, getting a forehead lift in the provinces is still something to think about.
