Real review of cheekbone surgery, 2 months in, at S.D.

Let me leave a review of my type-1 cheekbone surgery! It has only been two months, but my cheekbones have already improved clearly, so I am very satisfied. Ever since I was young, my naturally shaped face line had been uneven, and especially the side cheekbones and the 45-degree cheekbone area stuck out, which caused me a lot of stress T_T It was probably severe in photos too, but I had always thought I needed contour surgery, and every time I researched clinics and went around in person, I felt more and more convinced that I should do it at Soda, and first of all, the consultation with the director gave me that confidence! As the reviews said, the director was really sweet... T_T I am the type who worries a lot, so I filled out the questionnaire in detail and brought it with me, and they answered every single question. Even though they must have been busy, they explained everything without showing any annoyance, which really moved me T_T The director had a lot of experience and also seemed confident in the surgery, so I felt I could trust them with it... Honestly, what worried me most was the sedation anesthesia part, but they reassured me that there was a 0 percent chance of waking up in the middle, and explained that there had been no such cases during surgery, so I could trust it! They also matched my desired look as much as possible, and when I considered safety, experience, and everything else, I think Soda was the right choice. When I woke up after surgery, I was in the recovery room. Maybe they had given me pain medication, because the pain was not too severe and the swelling was manageable. The nurses and the director briefly told me the surgery had gone well, and after resting a little at the hospital, I was discharged. I rested for about five days and then went back to work, and everyone asked if I really had contour surgery.. lol They said I was less swollen than expected. I am not the type who swells easily, so maybe that is why the swelling was not too bad overall? I think this varies a lot by body type!! By the second week, the swelling started dropping faster, and I even put on makeup and took photos!! The only uncomfortable part was that my mouth would not open as much as expected, and the stitched wound felt uncomfortable. I ate soft foods like porridge, steamed egg, and silken tofu, and after a month I started eating whatever I wanted in small amounts. Now, at two months, I do not really have any major food-related discomfort. The hospital also provided radiofrequency care, so I think the swelling went down faster too (this felt so refreshing lol). Also, the nurses and staff were all incredibly kind T_T Every time I went, I was so touched T_T The facility was clean and nice too! Now that it has already been two months since my surgery, I am so satisfied that I almost wonder why I hesitated about contour surgery in the first place. My friends originally asked why I was doing it, but now they say it is amazing and crazy.. lol If I think about it as only two months in, I am really happy just imagining that the swelling will go down even more and it will get prettier! If anyone has cheekbone concerns, go get a consultation at least once!
