Honestly, the thing I regret most in my life is having a medial canthoplasty reversal here. I had it done once, but it caused a strange side effect, so the doctor did a revision procedure, and honestly the way it had been before was better. They just carved away the entire part where there was a problem, leaving the lacrimal caruncle exposed. At other hospitals, people would ask who on earth made it look like this, and if I told them it was done at [Clinic A], they would shake their heads from side to side at how it was done.
