Ten years ago I was torn between filler and surgery, so I just got a nose filler once, but it did not improve the blunt tip, so I ended up getting nose surgery at The Door Plastic Surgery. I had the surgery with Director Um Jae-ho, and the consultation was detailed, which I liked. I had a clear idea of the style I wanted, so I told them at the consultation what I wanted and what I did not want, and they listened to everything well. I wanted it to be somewhat glamorous but not artificial, and it looks like they balanced my features well. I also had asymmetry and unevenness, and they corrected that too. The difference between having a fleshy nose and not having one is that big, T_T I really like that it does not feel blunt anymore..
