When seen from the front, my nose looked like it spread out to the sides, and even the tip was round, so no matter what else I tried in terms of procedures or treatments, the nose was always too eye-catching, so I started thinking about what to do with it and got a consultation for bulbous nose plus alar reduction. During the consultation, the doctor analyzed my nose as not so much having thick soft tissue at the tip, but rather the alar cartilage being slightly spread outward, and said that alar reduction can feel completely different depending on the excision method and incision location.
