The staff explained and prepared all the documents needed for submission to the insurance company, which was nice. But maybe because the director works alone, the waiting time was unbearably long Especially on the surgery day, the wait was so long that it felt harder than the surgery itself The consultation director was also very kind, and I agonized a lot over whether to also do nostril reduction, but the director persuaded me that I definitely should, so I had nostril reduction done as well. I would have regretted it if I had not done it!!
