My older brother’s nose was totally like a boxer’s nose and had a hump as well... it was a mess, so he had nose surgery. At first, the only thing that bothered him was having to sleep sitting up, and he said there was no real pain. The minor swelling has gone down now, and it has settled into place to some extent, but the tip definitely looks slimmer, and the hump is gone too. It seems to have come out fitting him really well~
