First, before the consultation, I took photos several times. I did not really want to take them, but it seemed to be the hospital rule. They talked while looking at the photos, and they were extremely sensitive about the lower-eyelid procedure I had had before. They kept saying that because I had previously received collagen injections, I would not be satisfied with the surgical result. They recommended lower blepharoplasty. I had not planned on lower blepharoplasty because I was worried about scarring under the eyes, so I was quite taken aback. The cost was also very expensive. They had a very negative view of fat grafting and said side effects would definitely happen. After hearing them out, I developed a negative feeling toward fat grafting.
