When I decided on the surgery, the most important thing to me was making my nose, which looked upturned, come down naturally so that my nostrils would not show so much. After surgery, that part improved very well in the direction I wanted, so I am most satisfied with that. Before, when I looked from the front, my nostrils showed and I was bothered by it, but now the nose has come down naturally and the nostrils are barely visible, so overall I think I have a much calmer and softer impression.
