It’s exactly been 3 months, so I’m not doing swelling care anymore lol Actually, I kept saying I wouldn’t do it anymore, but I still had the habit of taking walks, so I kept walking 10,000 steps a day!! Then the swelling did go down pretty quickly.. I feel like swelling care and all that isn’t really necessary, just walking a lot seems to be the best I had surgery when it was almost summer, so I was worried a lot, but I’m recovering well
