Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Do they remove all cases of silicone showing through the nose?

After my first surgery, my nasal tip drooped a lot and I developed an indentation, so I had a second surgery as a revision with AS (autologous rib cartilage) at the same hospital, but the silicone is showing through and there’s an indentation at the nasal tip. But they said even if they put in dermis or some kind of injection? it gets absorbed. For people like me whose silicone shows through, do we absolutely have to remove it? Or do I just have to live like this? I heard that if I leave it alone, the silicone can later break through the skin and come out. Even if they say the probability is low, it sounds so scary ㅜ
