I went to this hospital after getting a referral from an acquaintance for a consultation about revision double-eyelid surgery. It went from a first consultation with the manager - second consultation with the director - third consultation with the manager. Because it was a revision, they recommended incision, eye correction, adjustment of the inner corner, fat repositioning, and so on. The manager examined me first and made the judgment; then later the director came and said the same thing. I was there for a total of about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but the actual consultation time was only about 15-20 minutes. Even though I had booked several days in advance, they still made me wait so long it was draining. There was no kindness or apology. Other than the manager, I didn’t see any other staff or nurses, so the manager looked busy handling everything alone, and the response was a bit slow or puzzling in some parts.
