The dark circle area is sunken, so I want to get under-eye fat grafting, but in my case I have a lot of aegyo-sal + the under-eye hollowness creates a shadow effect on the aegyo-sal, so I think my eyes look bigger. In cases like this, if I get fat grafting, will my eyes look smaller..? When I completely cover the dark circles, my eyes do look a bit smaller. Would grafting have a similar effect? Please give me advice
