I went in for a consultation with lifting in mind. First, before entering because of the coronavirus, they took my temperature and had me fill out personal information, but the staff inside weren’t wearing masks. Still, the inside of the hospital was comfortable, clean, and nice. The director had surgery in the morning, so he must have been tired, but the consultation was kind and good. However, it was disappointing that there was no professional explanation about the surgery method, and I felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly. Overall, the staff were very kind, so there was no discomfort.
