Hehe, before and after. It has now been 3 months since I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction with Director Lee Yoon-hwan at Topface Plastic Surgery!
I wanted the design to be as natural as possible, and Director Lee Yoon-hwan checked everything in detail right up until just before the surgery, so I was able to lie down on the operating table feeling at ease~! All the staff in the operating room were kind, and the surgery ended safely without any major discomfort or pain. Right after surgery, there was still swelling along the double eyelid line, so my own eyes felt a little unfamiliar to me, but I trusted the director and consultant when they said the line had been set beautifully, and I diligently applied the medication, worked on reducing the swelling, and waited patiently..! As the dark bruising faded day by day, I gradually started to really feel that my eyes had become prettier! From 1 month after surgery, the double eyelids became noticeably more natural! There was nothing bothersome in daily life, such as putting on makeup or washing my face, and even when I had plans outdoors, I started dressing up well and going out happily~ Some scar tissue and slight residual bruising did appear around my eyes, but there was no major discomfort! But it was fascinating how the shape of my eye line changed slightly day by day, maybe because the residual swelling was going down or because of the scar tissue.. I observed my eyes diligently every day..! When I went out with makeup on, my family and friends all said I had become so much prettier and that it turned out well, so I felt happy haha From the 2-month mark, I got so used to it that sometimes I would forget I had surgery and rub my eyes roughly, then suddenly realize, oops.. haha That is how much there was no foreign-body sensation, and it felt like everything had settled naturally. Living without having to tense my forehead hard is really comfortable and happy! I personally think I did really well getting the surgery, and people around me also told me a lot that it turned out well, so that was nice. Now that I am entering the 3-month mark, I do not feel any major changes, but the residual swelling definitely seems to be settling. I think I have now completely adapted to my changed eyes, and other than having to rub carefully when my eyes are itchy, I am living comfortably without having to pay much attention to them! I am satisfied because I think Director Lee Yoon-hwan made the line well~ Personally, it is a bit disappointing that a few small milia appeared on the surgical area, but I think it is something I have to accept..ㅜㅜ And when I asked the clinic, they said they would remove them if I come in! bb
