Went for a consultation about thigh revision surgery. I didn’t get to see the director, only had a consultation with the manager. She first asked which hospital I had the first surgery at, and when I answered, she sneered, saying something like, 'Pfft, haha,' then mocked people who had surgery there by saying they all overdo the horse-riding area too much, so they either get revision surgery or fat grafting. I felt the consultation lacked professionalism, and it left me feeling mocked, so I was in a bad mood. In the end, I had the surgery at another hospital.
