The doctor just says exactly what needs to be said and is very businesslike. The staff who handled the consultation were kind. I had lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and I asked them to make both sides symmetrical, but they didn't match, and it recurred, so I had revision surgery a year later. It's not symmetrical now either, but I'm just satisfied and living with it.
