Day 8 after buried-suture double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty: stitch removal

Before<before surgery>After<8 days after surgery>I got my stitches removed today. I was a little scared because people said stitch removal hurts, but after doing it, it was pain I could tolerate. Aside from the unpleasant feeling because the eyes are a sensitive area during removal, it was bearable.

After removing the stitches, I was a bit concerned because the epicanthoplasty areas on both sides had slightly different shapes, but I am thinking maybe it is because the swelling differs on each side since it is only day 8.

One side shows a double eyelid and the other is an inner double eyelid lol, but I like both lol, so it is funny lol. Since the overall eye shape and size are similar, even if the double eyelids are uneven, they look okay when I look in the mirror from a bit of a distance lol.

When I previously had an InMode procedure, the bruising was really severe, so I did not really worry about the bruising under my eyes, but when removing the stitches, they said that because the bruising was severe, warm compresses would help. I feel like I will not do them because it is a hassle, but even with InMode, the bruises went away if I just left them alone lololol.

Looking at reviews, people said the swelling went down faster after the stitches were removed. I wonder if that applies to buried-suture surgery too. Anyway, if I post the next review, it will probably be my 2-week appearance.
