I said I didn't want the surgery if it would leave a scar from double eyelid surgery, but even though full incision surgery is the kind that can't be scar-free by nature, they lied and said there would be no scar. There is some blame on me too for going there as a minor 10 years ago knowing nothing and believing them at face value, but I also feel the clinic was at fault for pushing surgery by highlighting only the good points of cosmetic surgery without properly explaining things to the patient. After the surgery, my eyes looked so strange that when I complained, they just said it would get better with time and only prescribed scar ointment, then that was it. I'm so regretful that even if I have revision surgery, I can't go back to my old eyes... It's stressful when even strangers ask if I had double eyelid surgery.
