I had rhinoplasty 15 years ago (in my late 20s), but my nasal tip has drooped, and I have a bulbous nose, but the bulbous part was not improved, so I’m thinking about getting revision surgery. Please recommend a hospital^^ I’d appreciate advice based on actual surgical experience^^ Bow~ I want to do it during the holiday, so I’m posting in a hurry^^

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
