I got the procedure under sleep anesthesia last April with my mother from my mother's side. My mother had Ulthera and Thermage at the same time, and the director recommended that I get only Ulthera first and do Thermage later. Even though they looked a bit tired, probably because they had many surgeries, they were kind during the consultation and did not push anything excessive, which actually made me trust them more. The manager was also kind, but the director was even more memorable because they were so meticulous.
