After my first surgery, my nostrils were lying too flat, so I got an A/S revision 6 months later ㅠㅠ It’s been 2 years since the surgery now, and trying to just live with it like this bothers me so much. I also have facial asymmetry, and since even my nasal tip has become crooked, the asymmetry looks even worse. I think the volume of both alar wings of my nose is different too. In a case like this, what should I add? to revision rhinoplasty ㅠㅠ

I also had orthodontic treatment and facial contouring……but.. Is double-jaw surgery the answer? I really didn’t want to do double-jaw surgery of all things. Is my face truly one that can’t be solved with just revision rhinoplasty …..sob sob
