The doctor looked very tired ㅠㅠ The consultation manager did not seem very professional.. Everything felt frustrating and not clear at all ㅠㅠ I left with my expectations for surgery completely dropped... I really wish they had shown a little more sincerity and professionalism. It would have been so much better.
