This would be my first surgery, and because I rub my eyes a lot, I have multiple creasesㅜ My eyes themselves are on the large side, but the inner corners are closed off, and my eyelids have no strength, so they are hooded.
1. Zesta They recommended an incisional method and epicanthoplasty. There were no other options, and they said my eyes absolutely need an incision. They said the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, so they cannot set the line high. Since I wanted natural-looking eyes anyway, that wasn't a problem. I also liked that the line they marked was not too much and looked natural.
2. JT Here, they talked about incision + epicanthoplasty or natural adhesion + epicanthoplasty. Since I have to go to work right away, I was happy to hear about natural adhesion, but when I saw the lines they made for the two surgical methods, I liked the incisional one much more. Because the line was set higher, my eyes definitely looked more open and refreshing. They also said that because I have fat in my eyelids and need to get rid of the multiple-crease issue, incision would be better.
Compared with Zesta, JT diagnosed my eyes better and gave a more detailed consultation, considering things like my age and skin tissue quality, so I liked that. But I'm worried that if the line is high, it will get closer to my eyebrows and make me look fierce. ㅜㅜ I should have asked this during the JT consultation.. I think I need to go for another consultation! I'll visit the last, third clinic tomorrow and leave another review.
