Week 1 review of breast fat grafting received from Director Kim at Glovi, with before-before-after-after-after-after photos
Because I have a pigeon chest, implants felt burdensome, so I decided on breast fat grafting just to fill in my upper breasts.
They removed 1000 cc from my thighs, and the pure fat volume came out to 560 cc. Since my breasts were uneven, they put 230 cc on the left and 250 cc on the right, and they said they discarded the remaining fat.
On the day of surgery, everyone said it would feel about like muscle soreness, but maybe because my skin is naturally weak, as soon as I opened my eyes after surgery it hurt so much that I cried. The nurses comforted me and told me not to cry because crying would make me swell and hurt more.
At other places, they say they put you in a compression garment right after surgery, so blood and solution get on the garment, but at Glovi they compressed me with bandages on the day of surgery and put the garment on me the next day, which was nice.
I went back to work on day 5, and except for when sitting down and standing up, it was not too difficult.
