I went for an eye consultation. They recommended two options: 1. a thin hidden double eyelid surgery, and 2. doing ptosis correction together with option 1. I asked about canthoplasty, but they said they couldn't do the front because I don't have an epicanthal fold, and they didn't recommend the back because it could leave a scar. It seems like they only recommend the surgeries that are actually needed.
