Hello. I like my nose line, but it has been almost 9 years since my first surgery, and for the past few years, my nasal tip gets red even with the slightest irritation. I wonder if my skin has gotten thinner ㅠㅜ I think I’ll need revision surgery, and I heard there’s a method where they add tissue from the buttocks? Has anyone tried it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
