The consultation manager and the doctor were the kindest. They were also very careful when pinching, and they explained the expected effects of the surgery and the possible side effects very well. But the emphasis on safety was extreme, and so was the price I have a huge body, so I gave up, but I think it would suit people who are of average build or who are generally slim but have one or two areas they are worried about
