I open my eyes using my forehead muscles, which is why I have a lot of forehead wrinkles, and because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, they recommended a forehead lift for improvement. They also recommended making the double eyelid line a little higher and combining it with eye correction. For the nose, they recommended autologous cartilage for the tip, angle correction, a slight reduction of the alar base, correction of the hump, and osteotomy. They didn't mention an implant. I was also planning to get philtrum reduction, but they said they don't do the philtrum and nose together. They also said that if your upper front teeth protrude, you should think more carefully about philtrum reduction. There was no CT scan, and the director was reasonably kind during the consultation, but overall it was just an average clinic.
