The head director is very kind during procedures and does them meticulously. Since I had waited a long time, they even did a few extra procedures for free as a service that would be helpful for me haha. Really simple things, like a sebaceous gland laser, and there was also a time they sprayed something like medication to dry out the sebaceous glands a bit. I have extremely oily skin, and after doing that, the oiliness definitely decreased a lot haha. But all the associate directors are not great. Especially the male associate directors... Somehow it just feels like they are doing things roughly according to a routine.
