I went in for a consultation about nose surgery, and he said that inflammation is bound to happen at the tip of the nose once time passes, and that nose surgery should always be done in a way that's easy to reverse. He said I should absolutely do it only with cartilage repositioning + silicone... In the end I went somewhere else and had the septum and nose tip done, and even that looked natural, so when I think about the fact that I was planning to add ear cartilage once more, I feel like if I had done it with cartilage repositioning only, I definitely would have needed revision surgery.
