The forehead lift had no effect

I had my first forehead lift as soon as I turned 20, but it had no effect, so I got an after-service revision at the same hospital, but it still has no effect. Is there anyone like me who had absolutely no effect? In a case like this, would I be able to get a refund? I’m planning to get revision surgery at another hospital, but because it’s a revision, it’s so expensive and financially burdensome, and I feel like all the time I’ve wasted so far was such a shame. . .
