I had surgery 2 and a half years ago after a friend's recommendation. I said I wanted buried sutures, but they said it would be hard to make the line I wanted with buried sutures, so I went ahead with incision surgery. I had ptosis correction, upper canthoplasty, and incisional double eyelid surgery done, and I still regret not having gone with buried sutures. After seeing my eyes, three or four friends said they wanted to go too and had surgery, but my impression became stronger and my eyes actually feel more cramped, so I'm looking into revision surgery. Still, that part feels like my own personal satisfaction issue. Objectively, it wasn't a badly done surgery.
