15 years ago, I went to a plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, to get double eyelid surgery. But they said my eyes would flip upward if I got double eyelid surgery, so they recommended nose filler and alar reduction, and I ended up doing it without really thinking. (What’s funny is that they asked what my father’s job was, and when they found out he happened to be a tax investigator in that jurisdiction, they barely charged me and just did it.)
But back then, I guess the alar reduction technique had stitches on the outside, because for over 10 years, the mark lasted like a dog-bite scar.
My friend also got nose surgery from that director at that clinic, and it turned out a bit excessive. I guess that is just their style. But maybe they did not touch the alar area, because the overall completeness was lacking.
