Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m torn between Wooa-in and High-Endㅠㅠ

It’s a male revision rhinoplasty, the prices are similar at both places, and my skin is thick, so... For Wooa-in: ① revision rhinoplasty (autologous rib cartilage + perichondrium ± skin), upturned nose, bulbous nose, nasolabial angle, cartilage repositioning, defined nasal tip, etc. (maintain silicone bridge height at 3.3 mm), nostril lowering (± cartilage, skin graft), nasal valve stenosis (left side), deviated septum, inferior turbinate

For High-End: for the nasal tip, autologous rib cartilage or donated rib cartilage, patient’s choice (cost differs). Bulbous nose. Osteotomy. Nasolabial angle. 4 mm silicone for nasal bridge. Raising the nasal tip with ear cartilage

I’m torn between these two places, but for now I want to do it with autologous rib cartilage. One place says they absolutely don’t use donated cartilage and only use autologous rib cartilage... they emphasized safety and durability. The other place says donated rib cartilage doesn’t really matter much and it’s the patient’s choice. But I feel burdened by having surgery with incisions at both the rib cartilage area and the earㅜㅜㅜ I’m also worried that if they add ear cartilage too, it might become even higher... Both places create a fairly dramatic look, and they say it should be okay because my nose isn’t the type that stretches, but I’m worried it might look too artificial. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m worried about all sorts of things and can’t make a choiceㅠㅠ Which place would be better??
