The doctor was really conscientious. I went in for a revision consultation, and he told me it seemed like the cost-effectiveness would be poor and asked me to think about it again. Still, when I said I wanted it, he showed me the direction I wanted through Photoshop. The consultation manager also didn't make unnecessary recommendations or get ahead of the doctor.
