I had revision surgery in Gangnam, but due to inflammation, I’ve now had my third surgery Right now, there is discharge from the incision sites on both sides of the mucous membrane, so I’m applying DuoDERM Since my nasal tip was done with donated costal cartilage, can it be treated with antibiotics and DuoDERM? If it has to be removed, would it be okay to remove the donated costal cartilage and redo it with ear cartilage?
